Remote Working in Dubai
If you could start working remotely in Dubai without even living there, would you do it? Over the past few weeks, the UAE has been in headlines. Missile intercepts over Abu Dhabi, reports of explosion in Dubai, and a lot of noise online. And if you’ve been wondering whether UAE is still worth pursuing for your career or for your business, then this is for you.
My starting point is always official data. Sheikh Hamdan bin Muhammad personally met with Dubai’s business community and delivered one message. We will emerge stronger. The UAE central bank confirmed that they are holding over 5.4 trillion dirhams in assets untouched. The Ministry of Human Resources confirmed that the labor market is stable, open, and actively hiring and the UAE economy is still projected to grow more than 4% in 2026. And here’s what most people don’t know. During the days when the conflict headlines were trending, searches for UAE jobs, UAE business setup, and work in UAE remotely all went through the roof.
Building a Business Presence in UAE
Because smart people understand that UAE has been engineered over decades to become one of the most resilient economies of our times. This covers two things. First, how to build a real compliant business presence in UAE without relocating and do it all from your laptop. And second, live jobs that are paying over 30,000 dirhams per month in Dubai and where exactly you can find them and how to approach your game plan.
100% Foreign Ownership
Before getting into the jobs, it’s worth addressing the entrepreneurs, freelancers, and consultants, because there’s a smarter way to get into the UAE economy that most people don’t know about. Since 2021, UAE allows 100% foreign ownership of companies.
So no local sponsor, no middleman, and you can register a UAE company from anywhere in the world, own it outright, and run it entirely online. And zero personal income tax on whatever you earn through it. But here’s where most people make the mistake. They focus entirely on setting up the company. And then they realize the harder part is what comes after — the bookkeeping, the tax filings, compliance, paperwork, and then they’re managing all of this while actually trying to run a business. And this is exactly the problem that Awesome solves. Awesome is an all-in-one platform built for entrepreneurs who want to set up and run a company properly from day one, not just register and figure it out later.
Company Incorporation
Here’s what you actually get with Awesome in the UAE. First is company incorporation. Awesome handles the entire setup process from choosing the right structure to getting your license issued without you needing to be physically present in the UAE. Then they offer a dedicated digital app. So everything lives in one place on your phone. Your finances, your company documents, your compliance tasks, your communications with your accountant, all managed through this one mobile app. No spreadsheets, no scattered emails, no chasing multiple service providers across time zones. They also offer expert accountants, so you get a real team handling your bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax filings. In 2026, the UAE has a 9% tax on corporate profits that exceed 375,000 dirhams and stricter FTA audits and mandatory e-invoicing.
Expert Accountants and Compliance
This is not the environment to be managing all the compliance by yourself. You need a dedicated team that supports you. And with Awesome, that’s built in from day one. They also offer ongoing compliance support. Awesome does not disappear after incorporation. They make sure your company stays fully compliant as regulations evolve. So you’re never caught off guard by a filing that you missed or a deadline that’s coming up. And this is not a new or untested platform. Awesome is already trusted by over 40,000 businesses across Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, and now the UAE. And if you’re an entrepreneur that’s building cross-border businesses, that track record across four international markets matters. The result — instead of juggling multiple service providers, you manage everything through one streamlined solution. One platform, one team, one monthly cost.

Now, the jobs. Everything that follows is pulled from live listings as of end of March 2026. It might not be live by the time you read this, but it will still give a sense of where to go and how to find these extremely high-paying opportunities in Dubai.
High Paying Live Jobs in Dubai
When it comes to working remotely in the UAE, there are two arrangements that exist. The first model is the virtual working program, which is also called the digital nomad visa. In this, you live in Dubai and you continue to work for an employer that’s not based in Dubai. This model is extremely popular and the searches for it are at an all-time high.
Getting Hired by a UAE Company
Model 2 is getting hired by a UAE company and working remotely from wherever you are. These are rare but they do exist, and there are live listings to prove it. All the roles covered here are extremely high paying. They pay more than 30,000 dirhams.
Recruitment Agencies for High Paying Roles
There are 10 recruitment agencies that offer high-paying jobs that pay over 30,000 dirhams a month or in some cases even higher. These are agencies that have been consistently active over the last couple of months while covering UAE opportunities. Start with these agencies first. Upload your profile. It’s totally free to do.
Tiger Recruitment
The first agency is Tiger Recruitment. It is one of the most active agencies in the UAE with over a dozen fresh listings above 30,000 dirhams posted in March. One current listing is head of SEO and AI search. It pays up to 40,000 dirhams per month. It was posted on March 17th and it’s a remote and hybrid role for a Dubai-based company serving the UK market. You own the full SEO and answer engine optimization. This does not require sitting in office every day. Keep in mind that this role is just an example of what’s available. Tiger Recruitment works across the board. The recommendation is to go in and check the full range of roles they have listed.
Michael Page UAE and Charter House Middle East
The second agency is Michael Page UAE. Michael Page is a global benchmark for mid to senior professional placements in UAE. They are the strongest in finance, tech, and engineering. The live role here is financial controller, UAE oil and gas sector. This pays about 40 to 48,000 per month with flexible working. ACC or CPA is required and it’s a green field role, meaning you will build a function and not just maintain it.
The next agency is Charter House Middle East. It specializes in financial services, legal and regulated environments, particularly DIFC and ADGM based firms. The current role is senior executive assistant to C-suite in Abu Dhabi that pays over 35,000 to 45,000 dirhams per month, with a global financial services organization with offices in the UAE, UK and USA. If you’re an experienced C-suite EA, this is one of the highest paying open roles in that category in the UAE right now.
Robert Walters UAE and Hayes UAE
The next agency is Robert Walters UAE. They focus exclusively on senior professional and executive placements — investment banking, asset management, family offices, and DIFC regulated firms. The live role is structured credit manager at a Dubai government-backed entity, salary negotiable at a senior level. Supporting the growth of a trade finance platform and corporate lending function. When Robert Walters lists salary as negotiable for a senior finance role, you’re expecting anywhere between 40 to 60,000 dirhams per month.
The next agency is Hays UAE. One current listing is business manager — bilingual candidates preferred. The salary is competitive at 25,000 to 40,000 and 3 years experience is required. This particular listing is for someone with strong Mandarin skills, cited here as an example of the type of roles available.
Mina Recruit and Guild Hall Agency
The next agency is Mina Recruit via Gulf Talent. Mina Recruit places legal, finance, C-suite, and business development professionals with international firms across the UAE. Their listings appear on Gulf Talent. Currently visible is a real estate lawyer engagement in Abu Dhabi. 40,000 to 50,000 dirhams per month plus medical, posted in March. Urgent contract role in one of the largest UAE real estate businesses covering acquisitions, disposals, leasing and M&A. Immediate start preferred.
The next agency is Guild Hall Agency, ranked number one executive search agency in Dubai. They focus on C-suite, senior management, construction, real estate and legal across the UAE and GCC. The live listing is general manager operations — senior GM for a fast-growing luxury real estate developer, estimated at about 40,000 to 60,000 dirhams per month at this level.
Urban and Dao and Blackpole Consulting
The next agency is Urban and Dao, which places exclusively at the senior and private household level — PA, EA, chief of staff, private offices for ultra-high-net-worth principals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. There is currently a private PA/EA role to a UHNW principal in Dubai open at 30,000 to 45,000 dirhams per month. These roles are filled fast and rarely advertised widely. Register directly on their site and contact their consultants to be considered for upcoming placements.
The next agency is the Charter House finance division, which has roles including group finance and tax manager and senior finance roles across DIFC.
The last agency on the list is Blackpole Consulting. Blackpole is one of the top-ranked agencies by active vacancy volume on Gulf Talent with a strong focus on technology, digital transformation, and project management. The live role is senior IT project manager, digital transformation lead in Dubai, making 30,000 to 45,000 dirhams per month. Senior tech professionals with 8 to 12 years of experience in transformation programs are consistently placed at this salary band.
Strategy to Get Hired in UAE
Sending a cold application through a random job board gives you a 2 to 5% callback rate in UAE. Here is the practical strategy instead.
First Register Directly with a Recruitment Agency
First, register directly with a recruitment agency and don’t just apply for jobs. Recruitment agencies don’t charge any fees, so it’s free to get registered on their platform. Every agency listed here has a CV registration platform where you can upload your resume and be a part of their talent pool. This puts you in front of consultants who work on roles that are never publicly advertised.
Apply Within 48 Hours and Optimize LinkedIn
The next step is to apply to a job within 48 hours of it going live. UAE hiring moves fast. Roles that pay above 30,000 dirhams typically stay open for only 7 to 10 working days. Checking these 10 websites and setting up regular alerts — which is free to do — is strongly recommended.
The third thing to do is optimize your LinkedIn for UAE search terms. Recruiters in UAE search differently from recruiters in UK or US. Add the phrase “open to UAE based opportunities” in your headline and list all UAE-based certifications or regional experience in the Middle East that you might have.
Reach Out Directly and B2B Vendor Strategy
Fourth, reach out directly. Once you apply to any of the roles in any of the agencies mentioned, find the responsible consultant on LinkedIn and send them a note there. If you find their email, send them a personalized email. Make sure your message is only three lines long. That single action will put you in the top 10% of the applicants.
And if you’re an entrepreneur or a consultant, consider the Awesome route mentioned earlier. Establish a UAE company first and then approach companies as a B2B vendor rather than a job applicant. Because this opens completely new doors. The Awesome link with 16% discount is in the description box.

Future of UAE and Next Steps
The UAE is not slowing down. Every major challenge that it has faced in the last two decades has only made it stronger, more resilient, and more internationally relevant. The government knows it. The businesses operating there know it.
If you’re a job seeker, go to these agencies, pick two or three to start and go sign up on their platform. And if you’re an entrepreneur, freelancer, or consultant, go to the Awesome link and book your free consultation. Read More
